Attention New Clients

This last year has been full of unpredictable challenges at the clinic. We have adjusted to regularly evolving safety recommendations while seeing more patients than ever before. Despite the increase in caseload experienced by veterinary hospitals across the nation, our focus remains clear: to provide the best quality of care to our patients.

We want to take this opportunity to update you on new changes we are making to provide a more consistent experience for our pet parents and patients. Treating a large influx of patients has resulted in very few appointments available for preventative care, and pet parents have experienced prolonged wait times for urgent and emergency care. To provide regular appointments for our existing clients and patients, we are discontinuing some services starting November 1, 2021.

We will no longer see NEW clients, even on an emergency basis.

We will ONLY accept new clients of exotic pets (any animal besides cats, dogs, or birds)

We will see new patients of CURRENT clients.

We will NOT accept walk-ins (including nail trims)

We will temporarily stop taking in emergency cases if our emergency service is overwhelmed. If we have more patients waiting than we can see in a timely manner, we may have to refer you to another veterinary emergency center in the area.

We realize these new changes are very impactful to All-Animal parents and any new clients trying to receive pet care. We strongly feel these changes are in the best interest of our patients and team to ensure we can continue to provide first and foremost, the best quality of care possible to you and your pet in a timely manner. Like many other veterinary hospitals, we are actively recruiting for more doctors and staff to assist with the increase in demand for pet care, so we can resume these services.  We appreciate your continued patience and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly.
